CULRS does not need an account for the palette generator. Color choices, locked swatches, and generated palettes run in the browser; the page itself does not send selected colors to a CULRS server.

Optional measurement is disabled unless a PUBLIC_GTM_ID is explicitly configured. If enabled, Google Tag Manager is the measurement boundary. The product should document consent, retention, and jurisdiction requirements before production use.

This first-release notice is a baseline and should be reviewed with the final analytics and legal setup before a wider launch.
